I'm sure you've seen the endless hype about curing your acne in free 3 days. There is a lot of promotion online for the program that advocates this claim, but is it just another acne product scam, or is it for real?
I used to suffer from acne for 11 years and tried many things to cure it during that time, including acne free in 3 days. The promise of the ebook is that by fasting on apples for three days you will detox the system and your skin will become clear as a result. I personally tried this about 4 years ago, and it worked! By only for a short while. You see, my skin did clear up a lot, but not 100% clear. And this lent for about a week, and then my acne came back just as bad as before.
The author says that you have to keep doing the 3 day apple fast over and over to get permanent results, but in reality this is not practical, because 1) it is very difficult to eat apples for 3 days straight and not eat a proper Meal during this time, and 2) you do lose weight doing the program just once, and I think that doing it repeatedly might be dangerous.
So yes I would recommend Acne Free in 3 Days IF you only want a quick clear up, but it does not resolve acne in the long term. To cure acne effectively requires certain changes to your diet, such as avoiding vegetable oil and eating more vegetables and wholefoods daily. These will clear up your skin very quickly AND give you acne free results in the long term too. Surely that is a more desirable approach , and it definitely beats fast on apples for 3 days!
